Pioneer One Air Hammer
Pioneer One’s hammer oiler weighs just 70 lbs, making it light enough to move around the job site by hand. The oiler is operated manually and has a non-pressurized oil tank.
The Prospector Support Pack has an onboard drilling fluid pump. It is operated with a wireless remote. The air valve turns on and off by remote control. The alumi- num frame makes it easy to handle.
Pioneer One’s bits are designed for specific hardness, formations and bore profiles to achieve excellent rates of penetra- tion, minimizing cost per foot.

- Operates effectively and efficiently on a D9x13 up to a D24x40
- Requires 200 psi (14 bar) with a minimum of 400 cfm. Can be operated up to 405 psi (28 bar)
- Produces 36 beats per second
- All DCI transmitters work with the hammer
- Contains only 3 moving parts
- Bit carves a 4.75” hole
4” Prospector Hammer
- Operates effectively and efficiently on a D24x40 up to a D130x150
- Requires 300 psi with a minimum of 750 cfm. Can be operated up to a 405 psi (28 bar)
- At 300psi hammer produces 36 beats per second, 5500 lbs (2500kg) of impact force each second
- All DCI Transmitters work with the hammer and is wire line adaptable
- Contains only 3 moving parts
- Bit carves a 5.75” hole
